Terms & Conditions of our Directories
A - ‘Directory of Free Hotel Accommodation’
1. A Travel Offers Privilege Hotel Pass entitles two adults to free double or twin bedded accommodation at any hotel featured in the directory subject to a daily minimum expenditure on meals (dinner and breakfast).
2. The ‘Minimum Expenditure’ shown in the price list is per person per night. Hotels reserve the right to charge the full minimum expenditure amount per person if meals are not taken or their cost does not reach the minimum expenditure required. The cost of wine, drinks, cigarettes etc cannot form part of the minimum expenditure. Your account for meals etc is payable on departure.
3. Some hotels make a supplementary charge for en-suite facilities, sea view etc. Where applicable these are shown in the price list. The supplements shown are per person per night and are in addition to the minimum expenditure required.
4. The periods during which the Travel Offers Privilege Hotel Pass is accepted are shown in each hotel entry. Accommodation may be available outside these periods at short notice. Each hotel has an allocation of rooms fro Travel Offers guests. It is entirely at the hotel’s discretion to accept Travel Offers guests if this allocation has already been filled.
5. No reservations can be accepted for bank Holidays and the Christmas & New Year periods unless otherwise specified.
6. All reservations are subject to availability, the terms and conditions of the hotel and the discretion of the hotel management. Travel Offers Ltd cannot be held responsible should the hotel of your choice be fully booked or decline to accept the reservation for reasons of their own.
7. An hotel entry stating ‘Pets allowed’ means that subject to agreement when booking, the hotel will accept suitable pets in some rooms. Some hotels make an extra charge for pets- check this when making your reservation.
8. The Travel Offers Privilege Hotel Pass is for two adults sharing a double or twin bedroom. Rates for additional adults or children must be agreed with the hotel at the time of booking.
9. The pass is only valid up to its expiry date and when signed and used by the registered pass holder. It is not transferable. Hotels can charge their full rates if the use of the pass is invalid. The Privilege Hotel Pass may be used in as many hotels, as many times as the holder wishes up to the expiry date shown. Travel Offers Ltd can not accept responsibility for, nor replace, lost or damaged Privilege Hotel Passes, Directories or price lists without charge.
10. If you are unable to take up a confirmed reservation, or wish to cancel, you must inform the hotel. You may be liable to pay cancellation charges: this is at the discretion of the hotel as is the refund of any deposit paid.
11. All prices, hotel descriptions etc are based upon information supplied by the hotels. The entries are correct at the time of printing however some entries may alter and meal prices and other rates may change. Always check with the hotel when making a reservation.
12. The right is reserved to make alterations to any details without notice and responsibility cannot be accepted for the quality of meals or service at any hotel and/or any disputes or disagreement with any hotel however these arise. Any such dispute must be settled direct with the hotel in question.
B - ‘Select Discount Breaks’
1. The terms and conditions for each hotel section printed in the accompanying price list form part of these terms and conditions.
2. All bookings are subject to availability, the terms and conditions of the hotel group and the discretion of the hotel management. Travel Offers Ltd. cannot be held responsible should the hotel of your choice be fully booked or decline to accept the booking for reasons of their own.
3. The Privilege Hotel Pass is only valid if signed and used by the pass holder and is not transferable. The Privilege Hotel Pass may be used in as many hotels, as many times as the holder wishes up to the expiry date shown. Travel Offers Ltd. cannot accept responsibility for, or replace without charge, lost Privilege Hotel Passes or Directories.
