Cancellations and Refunds

This website is provided by Travel Offers Limited ("Travel Offers").
You have the right to cancel your initial registration of membership with Travel Offers Ltd. within 7 days from your receipt of your membership documentation (the 'cooling off period'). You will be entitled to a refund of the cost of the goods supplied plus the postage, packaging and handling charge, upon return of your Privilege Hotel Pass and Directories. Travel Offers Ltd. will not be responsible for the costs of return carriage.
If you wish to cancel after the cooling off period has expired, you may do so within 30 days of receipt of your membership documentation. You will be entitled to a refund of the cost of the goods supplied only, upon return of your Privilege Hotel Pass and Directories. Travel Offers Ltd. will not be responsible for the costs of return carriage.
Travel Offers Ltd. will not be obliged to give refunds for any unexpired proportion of your membership after this time.
